Cruisin......

Brycey boy got a new ride! I have been wanting this ibert bike seat for so long! They are pretty pricey, around $100 so I've been holding out. I looked on craigslist for a couple of weeks and just couldn't find one. Saturday I randomly went to the baby consignment and was jumping up and down when I saw my own perfect little ibert sitting there waiting for me to buy him! I was super stoked to get it for $40!!!! Bryce LOVED it too!

Big shout out to my little artist aka Kylie. The kid has amazing creativity, thanks to her mama:) But we have to get the canvas worked out. I said "lets go get dressed" in a panic voice she replied "no mommy no, I don't want to." Ummmm, I wonder why she didn't want me in her room. Not shown in the picture is a huge mess of hair ties that she decided didn't want to live in a plastic bag anymore either. I figured out the green stuff was "soap paint" that I had bought for her from Avon. She has not yet used this because I didn't think she was old enough for it...I was right! Note to self: get a new lock for bathroom cabinets.

My little Kylie has been obsessed with wrapping her towel around her when she gets out of the shower. She sees me do it and wants to do it just like me. It lasts for about 30 seconds before falling to the ground. So I had a fantastic idea to make her this:

I took a towel and shortened it. Then I put elastic in the top and finished it off with some Velcro. I made it long so it will grow with her.

She just loved this thing! As soon as I put it on her she went around dancing and jumping. Then when the camera came out she turned into a little poser, as usual. By the way check out the hair on this kid! We thought she would never have any and look at her now!

Yummmm........

I love mexican food! I mean I really really love mexican food. There is just one problem with it, it goes straight to your hind end! I think Mexican is about as bad as it gets on the calorie and fat scale. Tonight all that changed. I follow this blog and she recently posted a recipe for Chicken and white bean enchiladas with creamy salsa verde. That is right up mine and Josh's alley, so I had to give them a try. They were AWESOME to say the least! A must try and will make a again recipe for me! The best part was they are not bad for you and have all the taste of true Mexican food!
