Happy 3rd Birthday Kylie!

I can't believe another year has gone by! My Kylie is now 3 years old...3 going on 16! We had a mexican fiesta birthday party on Sunday with Kylies favorite food TACOS! It turned out to be a beautiful day, perfect for an outdoor celebration. Just in case you were wondering where Kylie got her adorable outfit...I made it:) I have a new obsession with making these pants. I figured since I can't get pants in a store that fit her, I'll just make her a thousand pairs of ruffle pants.
