I've been busy!

I feel like I never stop, I guess that's pretty much my own fault. I have 20 different projects going on and 10 more that I want to do! I love being a stay at home mommy so my creative side gets to have fun! In the past week I have made Kylie a pair of pants (thanks to SamsterMommy), tons of leg warmers and now my newest addition a cute pair of zebra ruffle pants! I have serious issues buying Kylie pants. I love summer because I don't have to worry about finding something that fits her waist and her length. She needs a 12-18 month waist with a 3T length! I just got a bag of clothes back from my sister, since our girls are 14 months apart Addison gets all of Kylies clothes...well she used to at least. Now they are wearing the same size and sometimes Kylie is smaller. Most of the clothes I got back were from when Kylie was about 12-16 months. It was amazing that every single pair of pants fit her and two pairs were big on her! So what I decided to do was make a big ruffle and add it to the bottom hem of her pants. This way I don't have to worry about finding new pants because lord knows I'll never find any that fit the twig. So here is a picture of them and a cute applique shirt a made to match.

This girl LOVES to pose!

  1. Shannon,

The pants look terrific with the ruffle. And she got a matching top to boot. Kylie, you make a wonderful model.

    Love, Grandma
